🌿 Counselling with Healing

This is a gentle, supportive space where talk therapy meets energy healing—helping you feel more balanced, connected, and clear about your path.

Each session gives you the chance to talk openly about anything that’s on your mind: your emotions, thoughts, physical wellbeing, or spiritual experiences. There’s no judgement and no pressure—just a safe, welcoming space for you to be yourself.

Often, our pain (whether emotional or physical) is trying to show us something deeper—something important that’s ready to come into the light. Together, we can explore what that might be.


 

The Counselling Approach

The style of counselling I offer is person-centred, which means:

  • You’re in charge of the session—I’m here to support, not direct.

  • You’re met with empathy, honesty, and unconditional acceptance.

You don’t need any experience with counselling—just bring yourself, and we’ll go from there. I’ll help you gently explore your feelings, beliefs, and patterns so you can become more self-aware and start finding your own answers.

I also work with a Psychosynthesis (transpersonal) approach, which blends the mind, body, and soul. This can include tools like:
✨ Visualisation
✨ Guided meditation
✨ Breathwork
✨ Focusing and body awareness

These techniques can help you connect more deeply to your inner self and live with more clarity and purpose.


 

Energy Healing & Spiritual Guidance

After the counselling part of the session, I’ll offer energy healing to help you release blocks and support your healing journey. If any messages come through from spirit or loved ones during this part, I’ll gently share them with you.
