🌿Counselling

In counselling sessions, you are invited to talk about whatever is currently concerning or may be troubling you; the focus is on your personal experiencenot on how others see you, but on how you feel, think, and experience your life. This can include:

  • Current concerns or problems you’re facing
  • Emotional challenges, like anxiety, sadness, anger, or fear
  • Stressful situations or life transitions
  • Bereavement someone close to you past away or separation has been affecting you
  • Physical issues that may be affecting your mental well-being
  • Spiritual or existential concerns (e.g., questions about purpose, meaning, or beliefs)
  • Internal conflicts, even if they seem hard to explain

You are supported to explore your authentic inner world—your thoughts, feelings, and reactions—without judgment. It’s your space to be heard and understood.

Pain is often seen as a signal that something deep within us is calling for attention—something linked to our inner purpose or sense of direction. Counselling offers a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you can freely explore your thoughts and emotions, and gently begin to find your way forward.

The counselling approach is rooted in the person-centred method, which means the sessions are guided by you—not directed or led by the counsellor. This gentle and empathic approach honours your autonomy and personal pace.

Many people come to counselling believing the counsellor will provide solutions to their problems. However, in a person-centred approach, the counsellor supports you in exploring your own emotions, beliefs, behaviours, and experiences. Through this process, you can develop greater self-awareness, grow in confidence, and move toward a deeper sense of independence and inner clarity.

The counselling style is based on Psychosynthesis (transpersonal) counselling, which aims to integrate the body, mind, and soul in a way that supports you in living a more meaningful and fulfilling life. Depending on your individual needs, sessions may include practices such as visualisation, guided meditation, breathwork, focusing, and body awareness exercises—all designed to help you connect with your inner wisdom, deepen self-understanding, and move toward greater clarity and wholeness.
