Counselling 


In the counselling session you can discuss what you are currently concerned about: your feelings, thoughts, physical body or spirituality, and how you experience your life. Pain is often seen as symptoms that something that is trying to emerge within your purpose and sense of direction. There is no pressure or judgement during the sessions. A safe and therapeutic space is provided to assist you to explore your feelings and thoughts, and find your way forward.
The method of counselling is based on person centred approach; unconditional positive regard, congruence and empathy, and the counselling is led by you, not directed by the counsellor. Many clients, with no prior knowledge of counselling, believe that the counsellor will sort their problems out for them. A person centred counsellor will help you to explore your own issues, feelings, beliefs, behaviour, so you can become more self-aware and achieve greater independence. 

The style used in the session is Psychosynthesis (transpersonal) counselling which aim to synthesise body, mind and soul that help you to live a more fulfilled life, and sometimes using techniques of visualisation, guided meditation, focusing, breathing techniques and bodywork to draw answers from the client.
